Pumpkin Spice Matcha Pudding

Fall is in the air! Enjoy this paleo treat featuring our Pumpkin Spice Matcha for breakfast or dessert this autumn. This recipe can be served hot or cold, and is loaded with heart healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
1/2 C. Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Tahini (Raw or Roasted)
1-2 Tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 C. Warm Water
2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice Matcha
Combine the pumpkin puree, tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon, water and 1 tablespoon of coconut in a saucepan. Heat on low and stir continuously until it reaches desired temperature. Pour into your favorite bowl and garnish with more coconut, pumpkin seeds, and 3 Leaf Tea Pumpkin Spice Matcha!
