Matcha Yogurt Bowl Recipe

Here in New York, when winter rolls around, it's especially important to fuel your body with vibrant foods to help bead the dreaded winter blues.

Making a matcha yogurt bowl is a quick and easy way to get an extra boost of antioxidants and energy to help you get through the day.

Matcha yogurt bowl topped with fruit

You will need:

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp 3 Leaf Tea Matcha
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Fresh Fruit

How To:

  1. In a small bowl, add yogurt and matcha, and stir with a spoon until matcha is evenly distributed. Feel free to adjust matcha proportions by adding more or less to taste.
  2. Top with chia seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit of your choice!
