Making a matcha yogurt bowl is a quick and easy way to get an extra boost of antioxidants and energy to help you get through the day.
You will need:
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp 3 Leaf Tea Matcha
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Fresh Fruit
- In a small bowl, add yogurt and matcha, and stir with a spoon until matcha is evenly distributed. Feel free to adjust matcha proportions by adding more or less to taste.
- Top with chia seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit of your choice!
