Matcha Pretzel Sticks

  • 1 min reading time

chocolate matcha pretzel sticksRich in antioxidants, with its beautiful green color, matcha is an amazing ingredient to add to several recipes. Since matcha does not have to be steeped before use, it's easy to incorporate the powder in just about anything. These chocolate matcha pretzel sticks can be made in minutes, and be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. The creamy vegetal taste of matcha blends into the white chocolate seamlessly and gives your chocolate a rich, green color. As an extra bonus, our matcha will give this dessert an extra antioxidant boost. They not only look good but taste great too!

You will need:

1 Cup White Chocolate Melting Wafers

Pretzel Rods

1 TBSP matcha (or more if you'd like!)

Optional: Sprinkles, Coconut Flakes, Dark Chocolate, Nuts, etc

Slowly melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at half power, stirring every 15 seconds. You can also melt chips using a double boiler over low heat. Add your favorite 3 Leaf Tea matcha and mix until well combined. Dip or spoon melted mixture over pretzel rods until coated and sprinkle any additional toppings while chocolate is still warm. Rest rods on parchment paper until chocolate is cool, and hardened.

We love how simple this recipe is, and can't wait for you to try it at home!
